Hermes Agent is a private personal AI assistant used only by the account owner. This Privacy Policy explains how Hermes Agent accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data after the account owner grants permission through Google OAuth.
Depending on permissions granted by the owner, Hermes Agent may access Gmail messages and metadata, Google Calendar data, Google Drive files and metadata, Google Contacts, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
Google user data is used only to fulfill personal productivity requests from the account owner, including reviewing email, checking calendar events, locating files, reading documents and spreadsheets, reviewing contacts, and organizing information.
OAuth credentials and tokens may be stored on the account owner's private self-hosted infrastructure so Hermes Agent can remain connected. Google content may be processed when needed to fulfill the owner's requests.
Hermes Agent does not sell Google user data and does not make Google user data available to advertisers. Data is processed only through services and infrastructure used by the account owner to operate Hermes Agent and fulfill the owner's requests.
Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The account owner can revoke Hermes Agent's access at any time through Google Account security settings and can remove stored OAuth credentials from the self-hosted Hermes Agent installation.
